Wako Giken Co., Ltd. has declared its commitment to the Kyoto Model of work-life balance set forth by Kyoto Prefecture, and is working hard every day to achieve this goal through our own work style reforms, which call for “increasing the number of holidays first and having each employee think and act to increase productivity.”

In addition to the traditional no-overtime days before holidays and half-days of paid leave, starting this year we have increased the number of holidays per year to 125 days. We will continue to create an environment where employees can balance their work, private, and family life.
